What makes Ross & Wallace paper bags & rolls so special?
We offer high quality, reliable products. We put a lot of effort into monitoring our quality, so that you have less headaches and happier customers. Great care is paid to the paper we source, the staff who overlook our production, the paste we use, and the quality of our prints. On a recent survey, 100% of our customers said they would recommend Ross & Wallace.
Faster Order Turnaround
Not only do we make paper products well, we make them quickly. Ross & Wallace's order turnaround times are among the fastest in the industry. Our production is nimble, and our logistics staff are exceptional. No one likes to wait in line, and production lines are no exception.
Service is a buzzword that everyone talks about, but we have a track record to prove our commitment to it. 32% of our staff have been with us for more than 25 years! Our production facility and our central office share walls and more importantly, doors. Keeping our quarters in such close proximity allows our teams to work together, which means better customer service and more consistent quality controls. Our motto is "if we can do it, we will do it for you."
Reduced Warehouse Space
Ross & Wallace offers some of the lowest custom print minimums in the industry, which means that you can order in smaller batches and use less warehouse space.
Improved Inventory Management
We have taken insights from customer feedback and implemented it into packaging solutions that may not be fancy, but they sure do make sense. We introduced our plastic-wrapped five hundred packs, because the plastic wrap protects the bags in shipping and in storage. Barbecue sauce hit the floor during delivery? No problem. Just wipe off the bags. More protection equals less cost to damaged inventory.
To help with the challenges of receiving inventory and accurate order picking, our product labels include a scannable bar code, which reduces labor costs to you and helps to prevent errors in inventory. Our bar code labels are another example of listening to our customers to help them achieve their goals.
American Made Quality
Ross & Wallace is proud to say that 100% of our paper products are manufactured in the U.S.A.
